Q: How are you different from everyone else?
A: We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau and we have licensed real estate agents on staff. We’re also heavily involved in the community. This means that we hold ourselves to the highest standards of professional conduct.
Q: Where did you get my info?
A: We work with our local title company to go through public records, they provide us with lists of properties that match what we already own.
Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: We are actual local cash buyers. We buy houses in Des Moines that meet our purchasing criteria. We will be buying your house.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes. Our business is based on creating a mutually beneficial transaction for our home sellers. Our offers are based upon comparable sales of properties in similar condition.
Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
